AKL advised the Marguerite Fund on the Greek law aspects of its acquisition of a 10% stake in the two entities that are the grantees of Greek regional airport concessions and the associated management company. The stake was sold by Slentel, a company of the Copelouzos Group, which remains a minority shareholder in the company alongside Fraport AG.
The transaction closed in December 2017.
