We are thrilled to share that AKL’s Managing Partner, Alexandros Kosmopoulos, participated at the "2nd Real Estate Conference", focusing on “Greece on the radar of institutional investors in tourism”.
During the panel discussion, Alexandros:
-analyzed where conditions for attracting real estate investment have improved and where further enhancements are necessary,
-discussed the enforcement of ESG principles and the actions required to promote sustainable investments,
-highlighted how advisory firms can add value to their clients' investment initiatives, especially for foreign investors and
-explored the differentiating factors between successful investments and those that were delayed or aborted.
It's important to note that while the topic of investments and tourism in Greece is ongoing, it cannot be resolved through one discussion panel alone. However, conversations like these are crucial as they offer progress and knowledge, moving us closer to sustainable solutions and giving us the whole picture.
