AKL advised Alpha Bank in connection with an acquisition and development financing. The financing transaction was part of an LBO deal leading to the acquisition by BrookLane Capital of 100% of the shares of Alpha Investment Properties II S.A. (AIP 2), a real estate portfolio holding company ultimately owned by Alpha Bank group.
