AKL advised Alpha Bank on the PPP3 project financing, a major real estate project relating to the renovation and change of use of a city block containing three landmark buildings of the old Papastratos facilities in Piraeus. The sponsors plan a sustainable mixed-use redevelopment of 77,050 sqm GBA with office, hospitality, cultural and commercial uses, as well as public areas.
