We were honored to have participated today, in a closed roundtable discussion organized by the British Hellenic Chamber of Commerce. Our Managing Partner, Helen Alexiou, represented AKL at this event, which brought together high-ranking executives from the Real Estate sector to discuss the opportunities and challenges in the Greek market.
The discussion focused on recent developments of the luxury home market and branded residences in Greece and how best practices from the UK could be adopted. The conversation also touched on the importance of UK buyers, green buildings, and ways to attract more investors from the UK.
