AKL is proud to be among the Greek companies embracing the Diversity Charter, an initiative launched by the European Commission to promote diversity and equal opportunities across workplaces in Europe.
By adopting this charter, AKL underscores its unwavering commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment where diversity is valued and respect for all is paramount. This includes ensuring equal opportunities for everyone, regardless of gender, age, race, color, disability, chronic illness, nationality, ethnicity, or sexual orientation.
Helen Alexiou, Managing Partner of AKL, stated: "Signing the Diversity Charter is an important milestone for AKL, marking our commitment to promoting equality and diversity. Through this initiative, we wish to reaffirm our aim to create an environment where every employee feels accepted, respected and empowered to contribute their best. We strongly believe that diversity fosters innovation and efficiency, so it’s more than welcome in our workplace."
The Diversity Charter was established in Greece in 2019 and has been promoted in every EU member state since 2004.
