AKL advised Alpha Bank on the restructuring of a high-end residential project. The transaction involved a recapitalization of the project SPV (including by way of capitalization of junior debt and the introduction of top-up equity commitments) and a refinancing of senior debt through a EUR 35 million senior secured convertible bond loan. The project is expected to reach construction completion within 2017.
