AKL provided advice to Piraeus Bank on a EUR 95 million senior financing for the development of a new Six Senses Hotel and branded residences hospitality resort in Porto Heli. Our firm acted as the sole Greek law advisor to Piraeus Bank, handling all aspects of structuring, arranging, and documenting the facility and associated security package.
Scheduled to open in 2026 and situated in two private bays in the municipality of Ermioni, the LEED-certified Six Senses Porto Heli is expected to consist of 60 hotel suites and branded residential villas for sale.
