What an interesting discussion!
The 1st Invest in Greece Conference organized by NOMIKI BIBLIOTHIKI was a success and we are delighted to have been a part of it! Our Managing Partner, Helen Alexiou, an expert on spatial and urban planning, participated in the panel on Tourism and highlighted the current legal concerns of investors, including the buildability requirements, the “hot” topic of bearing capacity and the delays in the enactment of the Spatial Planning frameworks.
She also shared recent developments which are expected to facilitate investments in the sector, including the digitalization of real estate records and transfers, the completion of the forest maps and the restructuring of the Ministry’s licensing authorities.
